Our Story
At Serenity Blues, we are passionate about helping people achieve healthy skin and a healthy lifestyle. Our Journey began when our founder struggled with low iron being anemic and gut issues.
I was one of those kids that couldn't and wouldn't eat all foods. I grew up in a fresh and rich environment where a lot of our foods was grow the family and farmers in the community. From a child my mom raised me naturally as she could, was always fed fruits over candies & sweets. Once I got to college I thought I could eat all the bacon and cheese fries, pork chops and bacon cheeseburgers from cookout. I was in for a rude awakening when even though I was fit, at a real good balance meals with fruits and veggies. I later learned that my allergies were clogged from all of the inflammation foods, I was consuming on a daily basics. In that moment I made a decision to stop eating pork completely in 2014. The last years of college I did a lot of transitions finding what was truly best for me. Short story where I cut out everything but fish and turkey. My body felt great, energy was great, limited my consumption of daily products. I said to myself that I wanted to truly be the best version and dive in plant based living. While still consuming fish. That's when I reached out to my cousin, which she educated me on Dr. Sebi and the wonders of Sea Moss. That day forever changed my life, because everything started coming together. She was then able to reverse gut issues on a plant based diet and found sea moss to be healing to the body and skin. I found a lot of my family and friends suffering from psoriasis, eczema, diabetes, thyroid and heart disease. Being into health an wellness for over 10 years, which I rarely faced any issues with my health, which I mainly consumed plant based alkaline foods. That's when our founder decided to create her own line of plant based skin care products, tackling the daily issues many face. Sea Moss helped me correct many of the issues I daily faced, but the power of a plant based lifestyle really changed my Life! It's time to rebuild our bodies and truly thrive in our HEALTH!
